Answering this question is not as easy as it seems. It all depends on who you ask. There are many different anatomical or medical terms describing fascia tissue which can make describing fascia challenging to explain.

In March 2016, I discovered the fascia blaster. I used the tool regularly from that March till my second physique competition in October. Over the 6 months of fascia blasting, I noticed a huge difference in muscle developement, quad seperation, pain-free movement in my schoulders, and softening of skin texture. Since then, I've been sharing my story, the tools, and techniques with clients and residents all over over MN and WI.
